Hosting a Kaizen Event to Achieve Organizational Cost Savings

Description: In this free series, we will learn the Lean method called Kaizen meaning “good change” or “improvement.” In the Kaizen method we learn the process of unending improvements by doing little things better and setting and achieving increasingly higher standards.
Course Content:
In this free series of 2 sessions, we will use a rapid, focused application of Lean methods, principles, and tools to identify waste, develop solutions and plan an implementation strategy.
Who should register?
Medical directors, Administrators, Management, Leads, Techs, Quality, Phlebotomists, staff, and other stakeholders with a vested interest in developing a high-performing team.
