In this certificate program, you will learn the skillset to step in as the role of Lean Facilitator in a laboratory environment.

The role of facilitator is instrumental to assist the organization establish or enhance the foundation of continuous improvement by preparing the environment for problem solving, simple data collection techniques and waste elimination.

The principles, concepts and methodologies will prepare you to initiate process improvements in the laboratory. This program includes live instructor led workshops scheduled and conducted for learner participation in a “how to” discussion for a deeper understanding of the material.
