Course Description
In this course, we review a process related issue to determine if a non-conformance exists. Through investigation, we learn how to review the entire process and document the findings on all sections of a non-conformance report. With the use of Lean tools, we identify the root cause, resolve the non-conformance and implement a corrective and preventive action that will eliminate the issue from reoccurring.
