3.0 Contact hours: You will learn the methodology of the 5S Workplace Organization that consists of Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. The 5 S methodology when implemented effectively in healthcare, will assist to consistently maintain a visual, organized and orderly workplace.  The learner will understand the process of planning, preparing, scheduling and executing a 5S event to clean and organize the workplace and conduct audits to maintain the gain.
